PRIVATE STUDIO RENTAL

We currently have two private studio spaces available for rent that are connected to our store/studio. Each space is 8'x12' with a private entrance via an adjacent communal hallway. The spaces have optional open access to a shared common area within the store. Shared common area will include a meeting table with 6-8 seats, a heavy duty workbench, a seating area to meet with clients, and a sink/break area.  

Our ideal studio mate would be someone within the creative industry (artist, graphic designer, writer, florist, ect.), but we are open to other ideas. Must be established, and able to get along with others in a casual environment. 

6 month contract (potentially negotiable). $375/Month, 1 month rent as a fully refundable deposit.

OPEN STUDIO TIME

We offer open studio time on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis during normal business hours. Studio time includes use of a desk, basic jewelry equipment (must be able to demonstrate proficiency), and access to our seating and breakroom area. Feel free to stop by the studio for a tour.

STUDIO RENTAL

Want to hold a workshop, or host a small event? Our studio is available for rent in 2 hour increments after normal business hours. A member of our staff will be present during this time. Use of our equipment is not included as we do not want to be held liable in the event of an injury.
